When we started building Kairoset, we knew that onboarding was broken. We underestimated its effect on the work that followed.

We see onboarding as a promise.

Our team spent months talking to 40 customers. Teams were spending an average of 11 hours per new hire on manual setup, copying data between systems that do not talk to each other.

So we built something different: a platform that automates onboarding from start to finish.

The results are that setup time is down 73 percent, we have onboarded 200 teams, and our satisfaction score sits at 4.8.

The biggest impact was watching a new engineer ship code on day two instead of day nine.

That result keeps us going.
